• Our entire Building is pet dog-free.  We simply cannot allow pet dogs of any type as pets, period.  Community living and building construction of this vintage simply does not lend itself to the barking, noise and potential damage issues pet dogs have been known to cause.

• Some Units may allow a cat, bird, etc.  The specifics of an apartment currently for rent will state if any pets are allowed.  Additional monthly rent charge may be required.

• We do not allow waterbeds or other water-filled furniture, nor water filled aquariums.

• Your application warrants who you say will live in the Unit, and your Lease/Rental Agreement specifies who and how many persons can reside there – please realize your Lease/Rental Agreement is a legal, binding contract.

• In accordance with Federal and Illinois laws, including but not limited to the Illinois Assistance Animal Integrity Act, we will assist in prosecuting any applicant, tenant or resident who falsifies information or documents, or knowingly provides fraudulent information or documents in support of an emotional support or service animal request, or who otherwise knowingly and willfully misrepresents their disability status or disability-related need for an emotional support or service animal.  In some states, this is considered a misdemeanor offense in the second degree.  The penalties for violating such laws vary, including monetary fines, mandatory performance of community service, and potential jail time.
