Should you want to apply for a vacant apartment, please know, for your protection as well as ours:

We require a completed Application for each & every adult 18-years of age & older residing in the apartment.
We will be running a credit report and various criminal, eviction & background check(s) to verify the income, employment, current and/or former landlord references as well as other information provided on the application.

Application Fee & Rental Requirements:

There is a $35 Application Fee required, per completed adult/application, due with the completed, signed application(s) - However, if you are approved for, rent & take possession of the unit, your $35 fee (per application) will be credited back to you towards your 2nd full month's rent payment.
If you are not approved for an apartment, you will be notified in compliance with the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), however, the $35 Application Fee is non-refundable.
Good Credit, in the range of 'Good-to-Very Good', a numerical score of at least 680 is required.
Minimum Verifible Income of at least 3-times the monthly rent applies,

Pets, Waterbeds, Additional Residents, Tenants, Roommates, etc.:

Our entire Building is pet dog-free. We simply cannot allow dogs of any type as pets, period.
Some Units may allow a cat, bird, etc. The specifics of an apartment currently for rent will state if any pets are allowed.
We do not allow waterbeds or other water-filled furniture.
Your application warrants who you say will live in the Unit, and your Lease/Rental Agreement specifies who and how many persons can reside there - please realize your Lease/Rental Agreement is a legal, binding contract.

If you are interested in applying, print out the Application, fill it in completely, then call or e-mail to set-up an appointment to view the apartment. We need to collect the Application & Fee in person to also verify your identity against the information you supply in the Application.
