Initial terms begin on a month-to-month basis, subject to all credit and standard application checks/verifications.

Due at Lease/Rental Agreement signing & prior to possession are:

• First full month's rent & security deposit« paid in full by certified funds (money order, cashier’s check or cash; personal checks are not accepted for this initial payment but are accepted thereafter for subsequent months rent payments);
• Utilities (Gas & Electric) must be activated in your name, by you.

«Security Deposit is normally equal to 1, 1½ or 2- times monthly rent amount; Subject to credit approval, income & employment verification, landlord reference/verification, options & amenities chosen, number of residents in the apartment, etc. Perfect credit not necessary, although good credit and income verification may lower your security deposit amount requirement.
